Job description

The Front Global Markets Client Services (GMCS) Group exists to move clients from ‘prospect' to ‘customer' in the shortest possible time. GMCS support sales personnel by providing immediate advice on any account opening and documentation issues that often present themselves. The team is tasked with resolving complex issues which prevents or slows business. GMCS ensures high standards of Ethics and Control are maintained during account opening processes, assist in ad-hoc / ongoing regulatory projects and improve quality of client static data on CS internal databases

Job Description:

This is an entry-level / junior analyst role. The individual will be responsible for various duties within the CES team, which supports bank standards in respect to the execution of key client documentation. The documentation and data entry is of a sensitive nature and relevant to the enablement of business activities within Global Markets.

Desired profile

Who may be considered?

You possess a Bachelor's of Science/Arts degree from an accredited institution

You are a recent graduate with corporate internships, or 1-2 years of work experience within a global corporation (Financial Institution or Law Firm preferred)

You have a strong desire to learn about contracts and the risks mitigated through execution of said contracts

Basic knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, and the democratic political process will be a plus

Technical Skills:

·  Experienced user of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and strong Excel skills)

Soft Skills:

·  You have strong attention to detail and have a real passion for understanding the numbers
·  You are an excellent verbal and written communicator and interpersonal skills to interact and collaborate with a diverse set of teams in a highly international environment
·  You work well independently with good time management skills
