We Offer...
Role is a Business Analyst for the IHC/CCAR, US Legal Entity Merger, and other Settlement initiatives:
· Conduct Analysis and Design work streams across the Securities Settlements program, potentially working on the Regulatory programs such as IHC/CCAR, US Legal Entity & other Settlement initiatives.
· Analysis and Design of the Back Office, this is a critical and high profile work stream within the overall Securities Settlements platform and part of the wider Cash Model program across Global Operations.
· Assist in determining approach for migrating off the existing, legacy Settlements platform of NTPA as well as our development of strategic applications such as Instruction Manager, Settlements Manager, and Pre Matching .
· Opportunity to deliver quality in Business Analysis standards and best practices across the Group Ops IT.
· Partnering with various teams to ensure BA deliveries fully met across Settlements projects.
· Working with the Project Managers to develop a view of Business Analysis demands across all delivery work streams and resource requirements across the rest of the program.
· The program scope covers multiple Operations functions – Order Management, Settlements & Custody, Position & Cash Management and Asset Servicing.
· It also covers the full scope of Securities products – Cash Equities, Bonds, Repos, Stock Borrow Loans and Mortgage Backed Securities.

· Ability to deliver on defined deliverables within Analysis & Design phase for Settlement systems projects
· Producing business use cases, process flows and target operating model
· Documenting current and target state functions and flows for Securities Settlements processing for the Settlements projects
· Deconstructing all the existing functions of the current, legacy Clearing and Settlement component of the existing Operations processing platform, NTPA
· Partnering with the development team and subject matter experts to provide the analysis and design phase potentially for the IHC/CCAR & US Legal Entity program
· Partnering with the Operations Business and Change team to ensure solid alignment of IT solutions to business plans and strategy
· Partnering with the central Architecture group to review and validate solution design
· Partnering with the Testing team to ensure solutions are clearly understood and that test cases and plans meet the required quality expectations
· Wider involvement in the Analysis and Design phases of the wider Settlements Target State and other program work streams
· Graduate or Undergraduate studies in Computer related field/domain
· 2-3 years of relevant work experience required
