Assistant Relationship Manager - Greece/Cyprus team

We Offer...

Support RMs in the life cycle maintenance including (but not limited to)

· Keep client documentation up to date
· Prepare client reviews
· Preparation and post processing of client meetings
· Independent handling of client requests including (but not limited to), transfer orders, trading instructions, credit requests, products and services clarifications.
· Answer phone queries by clients
· Handle special tasks instructed by the team leader
· Participation in projects
· Efficient handling/administration
· Close cooperation with internal stakeholders

 

Support RMs throughout the relationship opening, including (but not limited to)
· Collect and present formalities required by the Bank
· Perform due diligence works
· Perform legal and compliance duties with regards to client relationships
· Works closely with internal stakeholders and clients for correct and compliant launch of new account

You Offer...

· Education in the banking field with experiences within Private Banking
· Fluency in English and French, Greek is beneficial
· High motivation and hands on attitude
· Strong ability to cope with pressure, strict deadlines and high level of flexibility at work
· High service- and client orientation, good interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for the daily administration tasks
· A very precise and efficient work approach with knowledge of the CS systems and processes
