Job description
· A challenging role in an international and dynamic environment within Turkey Desk in the segment of Private Banking & Wealth Management in the heart of Zurich starting June 2017 (or earlier) – an excellent platform for your personal and professional development and the chance to grow your network
· Providing full secretarial and administrative support to the Relationship Managers
· Daily telephone contact and meetings with our sophisticated clients as well as negotiations with internal interfaces
· Processing of stock market, securities and foreign exchange transactions
· Organization of business trips and client meetings
· Assistance in preparing meetings and reports for clients
· Great opportunity to deliver top service to our clients
· Ensuring smooth execution of tasks along the life-cycle of a Private Banking account
· Involvement in tasks relating to the strategic, conceptual and operational development of the relationships
· Provide efficient support to the Relationship Managers in different operational matters such as account opening/client onboarding, payment orders, market transactions, documentation handling
· Working independently within an international environment
· Integration into a young, dynamic and highly motivated team
· Support in general ad-hoc requests
Desired profile
· Banking apprenticeship or further education in Banking and Finance, good knowledge of the Private Banking & Wealth Management area; initial work experience as an Assistant Relationship Manager or within a similar role
· Outstanding organizational skills as well as very precise and efficient work approach
· Enthusiasm for the daily administration tasks and contact with the clients
· Proactive and self-motivated personality with a high customer orientation
· High motivation and willingness to learn combined with outstanding service- and client orientation
· Committed team player with a high level of flexibility, initiative and enthusiasm
· Sound knowledge of the CS internal applications and processes would be an asset
· Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with the ability to quickly understand complex business topics
· Fluency in German and English is mandatory, Turkish would be an asset
