APAC Trade Management supports Sales and Trading desks in Singapore, Tokyo and Hong Kong. Core duties are Front Office trade capture and lifecycle management, execution of trade date controls and issue resolution across a wide range of products for the Rates, EMG, Credit and FX businesses. Products supported include Bonds, FX Spot, Forwards, NDF’s, OTC Derivatives (largely Credit and Rates), FX Options, Listed Derivatives and Structured Notes.
We are looking for a highly motivated, proactive and ambitious individual to provide dedicated support for Tokyo and Singapore based Fixed Income (Solutions) Sales desks.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide comprehensive sales and client support for Japan Sales
· Flow OTC trade capture and validation in Front Office systems e.g. DOMAN and GBB
· Daily control execution, reporting and break resolution
· Lifecycle event monitoring and action (Expiry/Exercise/Novation/Termination)
· Open new accounts, manage SSIs & Query Resolution
· Send ARC (P&L) and position mail
· Involvement in other projects (e.g. Front Office Sourcing, LEP, UAT) and ad-hoc task

You Offer...
Native fluency in Japanese is essential. The role also requires excellent Fixed Income product knowledge, particularly OTC Rates and Cash Securities (Bonds and Repos). A solid understanding of the front to back trade lifecycle processes is also necessary. The candidate must possess a good eye for detail, the ability to prioritize quickly and first rate multi-tasking capabilities.
You should also possess:
· A working knowledge of global financial markets and an understanding of the CS systems infrastructure
· The ability to work under pressure and to intra-day deadlines, flexible/late hours may be required dependent on trading volumes and complexity of the day's trades
· Be able to learn quickly and work independently with minimal supervision with a consistently high level of accuracy and attention to detail
· Strong communication skills are essential as the role involves constant interaction with Sales & Trading, FO Business Management and front to back teams such as Operations, Product Control, RAR and IT
