We Offer...

·  Production of monthly and year-end US GAAP Financial Statements in the PeopleSoft general ledger. This includes P&L, BS and OBS reporting. Additionally insuring the general ledger upload into the Swiss reporting module (ADAC) correctly.
·  Population of monthly, quarterly and yearly disclosures in to ADAC including detailed explanation of significant movements.
·  Understanding the entity numbers and preparing the analytical review for the global Financial Summaries meeting.
·  Production the annual local (IFRS / Egyptian) GAAP published financial statements.
·  Production of all regulatory reporting requirements, required by local regulatory authorities.
·  Responsible for managing the funding, tax, FX hedging, cost allocations, transfer pricing, bank account reconciliations and some MIS processes for the legal entities.
·  Understanding the legal entity architecture.
·  Involvement in the remediation of the FA owned ATS points.
·  Performing the FA owned account ownership process.
·  Involvement in ad-hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
·  Involvement in new project / business growth implementation.
·  Liaising with accounts payable, Operations, HR, IT, Credit,  auditors, Zurich and Tax department on an ad-hoc basis
·  May need to be flexible with working hours during critical periods to accommodate Swiss Group deliverables.
·  Work closely on regulatory reporting for these entities as all are regulated entities and have to monthly/quarterly report their numbers to local regulators in specified timeliness.
