The Essen Corporate Agency is looking for a Corporate Credit Analyst under V.I.E contract for 24 months .

During your assignment, you will perform the following tasks :

·  Preparation of credit notes including in-depth analysis of the financial statements and the counterparty's ability to repay.
·  Extra-financial analysis of the counterparty (ESG - DPEF and CRSD criteria).
·  Study of the market in which the counterparty operates (SWOT, etc.).
·  Presentation of the files, with the Corporate Banker, to the Commitments Committee.
·  Compilation and updating of internal counterparty quotes.
·  Managing and tracking permissions in the IS Group
·  Tracking agreements and waivers to funding documents
·  Coordination of the relationship with the other Crédit Mutuel Alliance Fédérale Group entities (business lines, international branches and regional banks) with the Banker Conseil.
·  Contribution to the various reporting work, requests for information or study emanating from the different departments or entities of the Group.
·  Preparation and participation in trade meetings in collaboration with the Corporate Banker.
·  Solicitations of potential clients (call and email) in collaboration with the Corporate Banker.

What we'll appreciate about you :

·  You’ve been working as “Corporate Financial Analyst” or in similar roles for 2 years of experience minimum
·  You hold a master's degree in Corporate Finance or related disciplines.
·  Proficiency in English - B1/B2 level in German with a strong desire to speak fluently
·  You are curious and take initiatives,
·  You are a team player and know how to ask for help when necessary.
