Debt Optimisation & Distribution
The Global Markets Division (GMD) is fully integrated within the bank to ensure that they can deliver a wide range of capital markets products and services to our clients. The division develops capital market intelligence, products and services to better serve our clients and develop tailor-made solutions responding to their needs.
GMD also offers clients our expertise by providing them sector intelligence and advising on product ideas and structures suited to their needs.
You will be working in support of the London Debt Optimisation and Distribution (DOD) Team. Within this department, you will be assisting two separate sub teams.
You will be helping the Secondary Loan Optimisation & Trading team by preparing sub-participation and non-disclosure agreements, assisting with the preparation of PowerPoint presentations and financial models and checking that all documentation pertaining to the trades is present and up-to-date.
Working with the Credit Risk Insurance team, you will be taking on departmental reporting responsibilities including exposure reporting. You will assist in the preparation of reports for internal and external stakeholders and will be a point of contact for deal teams and brokers looking for information on specific transactions.
