Missions

Credit Agricole CIB Americas is currently looking for a VIE for its M&A Team.

The Team works with regional and international clients on a wide range of cross-border transactions including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, demergers and leveraged buyouts.

As an analyst in the New York Team, you will work on a variety of transactions and take on significant responsibilities.

You will have the opportunity to become involved with a wide range of organizations and play an important role in the Team's day to day activity.

Your main mission will be :
- Carrying out company valuation and financial analysis ;
- Conducting strategic analysis / industry research ;
- Building company profiles ;
- Drafting memoranda, proposals, and other written documents.

You will be working on a daily basis with our Sector teams located in Paris, and with our coverage teams across the U.S., Europe and South America.

The VIE contract in short:
According Business France's eligibility conditions, the Volontariat International en Entreprise (VIE) is an assignment in a French company operating overseas for professionals between the age of 18 and 28 who are European Union nationals.

University.

Expérience

A previous experience in M&A / I.B. is mandatory.

Compétences recherchées

Hard Skills:

- Ability to create financial models from scratch (DCF, trading multiples, merger and operating models) ;
- Solid analytical and financial skills.

Soft Skills:
- Attention to detail and ability to work under short deadlines ;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Outils informatiques

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (at least Excel and Powerpoint).

Langues

Fluency in English, Spanish & French is a plus
