Job summary
You will join the Debt Optimisation & Distribution team, which is charge of Loan syndication.
The team assisst in the execution of Bookrunner responsibilities on Primary Syndicated Loan transactions an provides research and market analysis information.
In this context, your main miss will be to :
. assist in the execution of bookrunner responsibilities on Primary syndicated loan transactions including:
- review early bird and credit memos, due diligence reports, financing grids, and write syndication opinions;
- develop liquidity analysis spreadsheets;
- compose and update syndication status reports;
- set up transactions in Debt domain and manage it throughout the syndication process;
- prepare allocation spreadsheets;
- write first drafts of bank presentations and other syndication materials;
- coordinate with the deal team the development of Information Memorandums;
- arrange bank meetings;
- track deal expenses;
- review and submit league table information;
. Provide support for marketing activities:
- Prepare marketing pitches for meetings with investors and sponsors;
- Arrange meetings with investors for the team;
- Organise marketing events for investors;
. Produce and update reporting spreadsheets and undertake other administrative tasks:
- Update regular reports on pipeline, deals, budget and the market;
- File and organise reports and market and deal information.
