The Platform

With c.€5 billion of assets under management, CA Indosuez Wealth Management is a major private markets investor through its Tiera Capital Funds investing mostly across Europe and Asia. Its dedicated investment team makes every year 30 investments with a mix of (i) primary commitments, (ii) secondary transactions (lead or co-invests) and (iii) direct co-investments in companies. The Private Market platform of CA Indosuez covers a large scope of strategies including buyout, venture, growth capital, credit and real estate.

 

Your role

-   Participating and leading due-diligences process for new investments (primary, secondary and co-invests);

-   Defending investment recommendations to the Investment Committee ;

-   Monitoring existing investments in portfolio ;

-   Mapping and developing new GPs relations mostly across Europe and Asia;

-   Participating to investment execution and structuring alongside internal and external counsels ;

-   Managing deal-flow and digital monitoring tools related to portfolios ;

 

You will report to the Head of Investment of Private Markets and Alternatives and work in collaboration with a dedicated team mostly based in Geneva.

Expérience

 You own a preliminary experience of at least 2 to 3 years investing in private equity industry either direct or indirect with proven experience in the private equity European landscape ;
 Having a track-record in direct co-investments and/or secondary transaction is an asset ;

Compétences recherchées

 You have proven capabilities of team-working, multi-tasking, sense of organization, proactivity, flexibility and resistance to pressure ;
 You also have abilities to challenge opinions and summarize your views and conclusions ;
 You can perfectly hold professional conversations and write memorandum in French and English
