Missions
You will join Credit Agricole CIB Americas as an Innovation & Digital Transformation Assistant.
CACIB has launched and deployed an Innovation program, with the objective to accelerate innovation and to reinforce the innovation culture within the Bank.
In the USA, the Head of Project Management & Innovation (PMI) is in charge of deploying the approach locally with the support of the Innovation Relays within each Business Line and Support Function.
Your concrete missi ons will be the following :
Implementation of innovation approach:
o Help coordination the various initiatives of the innovation approach
o Participate to the innovation watch, including the FinTech watch
o Encourage ideas generation via the facilitation of workshops
o Participate to the facilitation/orchestration of the local innovations communities
o Coordinate the implementation of innovation projects, resulting from the innovation approach.
For example:
RPA - CACIB is implementing Robotics & Process Automation (RPA) The candidate will coordinate the local implementation of UiPath, will support the analysis of local processes to find new candidates for RPA, and will follow-up on the RPA process in coordination with the central team in Head Office.
AI – Artifical Intelligence: coordination between local end users and Head Office teams to implement AI usecases for the Americas
Additional task could be as followed:
o Preparing periodic communication (newsletters, ad-hoc communication on events, i.e. talks) for the Bank on innovation
o Shadowing opportunities which include: collaborating with senior and junior mentors; completing assigned projects; attending meetings; giving presentations; participating in formal training; attending speaker series, networking and social events.
To be eligible for a VIE :
· Be less than 28 years old
· Be postgraduate of a Master degree
· Be EU citizen

You are postgraduate of a Master degree from an University, a Business School or an Engineering School with a specialization in Technology / Finance.

Expérience
First experience in a Financial domain is a plus (Bank / FinTech)
