Missions

You will join Credit Agricole CIB Americas especially within Global Invesment Banking. 

You will work on the origination and execution of Equity Capital Markets and Mergers & Acquisitions transactions.

You will work alongside the ECM team to advise, structure and execute a range of equity and equity-linked offerings, including IPOs, follow-ons, ATMs, convertible bonds, share repurchases, for major corporations looking to access the public markets.

You will also work alongside the M&A team on a wide range of cross-border transactions including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, demergers and leveraged buyouts.

As a team, you will also focus on hybrid and derivative structures in connection with the traditional equity financings.

Your main mission will be:

• Assist in the origination and execution of all ECM and M&A transactions across all industry sectors 
• Preparation of pitch book presentations for companies on topics including company valuation and financial analyses, equity and equity-linked alternatives, strategic transactions, capital allocation, among others
• Coordinate efforts with deal team members across the investment bank, including client coverage, Global Investment Banking, corporate finance, and structured finance
• Prepare regular corporate finance analyses, valuation analyses, in-depth industry research, ECM market overview and conditions, and strategic analysis in connection with pitch book materials
• Investor targeting for potential issuances including buy-side investor roadshow layouts and non-deal roadshows
• Perform valuation analysis and transaction impact analysis, including DCF, trading comparables, precedent transactions
• Help with the execution of offerings including preparing offering documentation, drafting memoranda and proposals, due diligence, creating marketing materials for investors, investor feedback, working with sales and trading professionals, and other written documents.

A previous experience in M&A / I.B. is mandatory.

Compétences recherchées

Hard Skills:

- Ability to create financial models from scratch (DCF, trading multiples, merger and operating models) ;
- Solid analytical and financial skills.

Soft Skills:
- Attention to detail and ability to work under short deadlines ;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Outils informatiques

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (at least Excel and Powerpoint).

Langues

Fluency in English & French is a plus
