Missions
Being a part of the Commercial business area , the Relationship Management has the central responsibility for our existing clients. The client types are investment companies/KVGs, investors such as insurances, pension funds and foundations, and asset managers.
In our team, we manage and improve the service quality thru an active quality management (e.g. service review meetings, customer satisfaction surveys). When it comes to client complaints and escalations we are the ones to interact with the clients and to coordinate with internal departments. We are also responsible for an up-to-date client documentation incl. KYC & due diligences. Together with our colleagues from Business Development Management, we support the strategic development of the client relationship and develop incremental business (cross-selling, up-selling) with our clients.
In this context, your main missions as Assistant to the Head of Relationship Managementwill be:
· Business Analyst activities
· Assist and support the Head of Relationship Management in projects, identification of process weaknesses and their improvements
· Contribution in client affecting projects, mainly with a regulatory background (e.g. KYC, CRS, MiFID II) including responsibility for delegated projects (work independently)
· Collaboration with other (operational) teams (located in Munich, Paris, Luxembourg)
· Prepare presentations for clients and projects
· Prepare and update client contracts/documentation
· Support in the creation of a knowledge database
· Support the Relationship Managers in client consultancy in the daily business incl. optional participation in client visits

A specialization in Finance or Business Analyst would be appreciated.

Expérience
A first experience in Project Management and/or Process Management is an advantage.
A first experience with clients relationship management would be also a plus.
