Missions

You will join Credit Agricole CIB Americas especially within Global Invesment Banking. 

You will work on the origination and execution of Equity Capital Markets and Mergers & Acquisitions transactions.

You will work alongside the ECM team to advise, structure and execute a range of equity and equity-linked offerings, including IPOs, follow-ons, ATMs, convertible bonds, share repurchases, for major corporations looking to access the public markets.

You will also work alongside the M&A team on a wide range of cross-border transactions including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, demergers and leveraged buyouts.

As a team, you will also focus on hybrid and derivative structures in connection with the traditional equity financings.

Your main mission will be:

- You will assist the Mergers & Acquisitions team in its origination and execution efforts.

- You will expected to perform research, analyze information, assist in conducting strategic and financial analyzes, and help in preparing the required marketing and execution materials.
