Missions

You will join Credit Agricole CIB Sweden, especially Structured Finance team.

As Analyst, you will support the Transactor/Account Officer in the origination/execution of new transactions and portfolio files, respectively; independently taking over designated tasks, particularly in the credit administration of the portfolio files.

Your main responsibilities and duties will be:

 1. New Transactions

·  Eview of NDAs/Reliance Letters 
·  Performing risk assessments, i.e.evaluation and analysis of IMs, management presentations and due diligence reports, writing of certain sections of Earlybirds and Credit Applications
·  Cash flow modelling (incl. preparation of various case scenarios and adjustments)
·  Preparation of deal related pitches
·  Support in due diligence, including data room attendance, own industry research, research within CACIB network
·  Support in company valuations using various approaches 

2. Portfolio Companies

·  Support in handling of waivers (material and technical waivers)
·  Review/ analysis of the monthly/quarterly/annual company reports and financial statements and performing annual reviews (incl. presentation to / discussion with internal decision makers)
·  Preparation and Update of Risk Monitoring Sheets to ensure an ongoing deal monitoring

3. Marketing Activities

·  Preparation of general marketing pitches based on information gathered from various (internal and external) sources
·  Client presentations including in depth market research and company valuations
·  Update of internal database including call reports

4. Credit administration (partly until arrival of Middle Office staff)

·  Update various risk monitoring tools, including Anadefi, Wings, Raroc, SMAC, DECIBASE, EURECCA
·  Carry out KYC related tasks

Formation / Spécialisation

Academic Background : University, Business school, or Engineering/Computer science School.

Specialisation : Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting or related field.

Niveau d'expérience minimum

0 - 2 ans

Expérience

Experience working in Leveraged Finance/Structured Finance/Corporate Finance, Investment Bank/Commercial Bank, and/or Private Equity (also via internship/s).

Compétences recherchées

Hard Skills :
- Knowledge of credit analysis, financial modelling and/or legal documentation preferable
- Knowledge of private equity investments, corporate finance and credit analysis
- Basic knowledge of capital market products (e.g. DCM, High Yield, hedging instruments) and syndications

Soft Skills :
- Strong attitude towards detailed analytical work and financial modeling
- Strong written and oral communication skills, and the ability to work across all levels of the Organization
- Capable of working under pressure with tight deadlines and possess the ability to handle multiple tasks with varying priorities
- Team Player
- Eagerness to learn and motivation
