Poste et missions:
CACEIS UK Branch has recently been set up in London to provide depositary services to Collective Investment Schemes under the European Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive AIFMD and UCITS.
Your responsibilities and tasks cover many areas.
Your main missions will be:
- To assist the CEO:
. with the research to identify new product areas or client segments to expand the activities of the UK Branch;
. to ensure that the UK Branch fulfils all regulatory and legal obligations particularly in the relation to the requirements of the local Regulators – the PRA and FCA;
. with the implementation of depositary controls as required by Group and local regulations;
. with logistics in connection with potential premises expansion or move;
. in researching the implications of BREXIT for the Branch and its clients and assist with ad-hoc projects as required.
- In product development, to carry out research into potential product areas or client segments as directed by the CEO. Use publicly available information to collate data useful to identify high potential client segments or product areas.
- In regulatory obligations, to review regulatory information and changes in relation to areas such as CASS, UCITS V and other UK Regulatory requirements as directed by the CEO or Head of Depositary and identify any changes required to Branch policies and procedures.
- In deposotary controls, to:
. assist the Head of Depositary and Depositary Control Officers with the implementation of appropriate, risk-based policies and procedures;
. review fund legal documentation, custody administration and reconciling fund valuations;
. audit fund managers' investment and operational controls;
. monitor portfolio investment restrictions, borrowing and leverage calculations.
- In logistics, to participate in project planning in relation to potential premises expansion or move.
- In BREXIT area, to carry out research into potential opportunities and threats to the activity and clients of the Branch in the context of BREXIT.

Profil:
Postgraduate degree – MA/MSc/PhD/Doctorate or equivalent
Business school, University, Engineering school.
Specialization: Finance, business, legal.
Soft skills:

- Proactive approach to problem solving with excellent time management;
- Communication skills.
