You will be a key member of our busy Housing Management team based in our friendly, busy Northern Quarter offices in City Centre Manchester, 5 minutes’ walk from Piccadilly train station.

We require a confident, enthusiastic individual to work as part of our Client Finance team, ensuring service users receive their full benefit entitlements and that staff are provided with training and guidance on welfare benefits and financial procedures. Acting as a corporate appointee you work with vulnerable clients and the Supported Housing Officer team ensuring that appointees in our owned and managed properties avoid rent arrears. A willingness to travel nationally regularly as part of the role is required however use of a car is not essential.
