Title: Manchester Program Manager
Location: Remote- but must be based in Manchester
Reports to: CEO and CMO
Hours of Duty: 9am - 6pm, Monday to Friday.

CRCC Asia is a young and dynamic company, that specializes in connecting young ambitious individuals with the global community through internship and study abroad programs. We work with universities and governments across the USA, Europe and APAC to promote study abroad opportunities.

We are looking for an entrepreneurially minded, self-motivated and outgoing candidate to help us get our brand new Manchester internship program running. The position of Manchester Program Manager will be based remotely in Manchester and the candidate will work on a variety of projects as follows:

Tasks and Responsibilities

Placement Development
Establish, build and maintain relationships with host companies for the placement of international interns
Provide perfect match-making between intern’s profiles and company’s job descriptions
Attend events, seminars and conferences in order to obtain business contacts and represent CRCC Asia

Marketing
Create marketing collateral for the promotion of Manchester internship programs
Work closely together with CRCC Asia’s global teams to market and promote the program through traditional marketing outreach and digital channels
Contribution to social media and online marketing strategy.

Program Management and Administration
Coordinate with students, companies and BUNAC on all issues related to study plans, visa, applications and other required processes
Establish and manage suppliers for provision of program services including accommodation, transport, events, and other services

Desired profile

Requirements
This position requires a massive amount of initiative as the candidate will be working 100% remotely and will need to manage all aspects of delivering the internship program
Understanding or interest in study abroad and international travel
Strong English language and communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented and motivated
Innovation and ideas welcome; further tasks to be specified at the request of the individual’s interests and professional development goals

Other considerations
This position will not initially have a home office. However we expect the individual to be based in the Manchester area due to the tasks and responsibilities. During the summer peak season it is possible the company will rent a desk in a coworking space for the Program Manager and potentially a support intern.
