Title: Admissions Administrator (London, UK)

Contract: full-time, fixed-term (4 months)

Company: CRCC Asia currently has 11 office locations worldwide supporting admissions, University Partnerships, program development and in country support. CRCC Asia employs a diverse workforce from over 10 different countries working within multiple time zones allowing for cross-cultural collaboration and expertise. The role of Admissions Administrator will be based in our London office.

Role:

CRCC Asia is currently hiring for a Admissions Administrator, a role that spans both the Admissions and University Partnerships department. The position will be based in London will report to the University Partnerships Manager (UK & Europe)

The focus of this role will pertain mainly to supporting all outbound students with any admissions-related issues (especially regarding visas) whilst also ensuring students are fully prepared for their upcoming internship program. The successful candidate will spend a considerable amount of time in a student-facing role and assisting with the visa process, ensuring candidates have booked Advising Sessions, answering student queries and supporting other areas of the business where needed.

Responsibilities:

Visa assistance and support: (80%):

The main purpose of this role is to help and facilitate the smooth visa processing of all outbound students. The vast majority of this will be for China-bound participants, but it is likely that you’ll help out and offer support to those going to other locations such as Japan, Vietnam and South Korea
You’ll be expected to manage all queries relating to visas and ensure that our CRM system is updated with accurate information about the stage the candidate is at in their visa process
You’ll also be expected to spend a considerable amount of time out of the office, meeting participants face-to-face to offer support and assistance during the visa process.
During our busy period, you’ll likely spend the mornings at the visa centre and the afternoons in the office responding to queries and updating our systems
You’ll develop skills in account management by liaising with our visa agents and strengthening our relationships with them

Admissions Support (10%):

The role also includes an element of offering support to our UK-based Admissions Team by assisting with their Admission Advising Calls where needed and helping them ensure we’ve got accurate information about prospective participants and their current stage in the application process

Other (10%):

Although not the main focus of the role, the candidate may be asked to offer support when and where needed to the University Partnership team with conference/event planning or outreach at university fair
There may also be other areas of the business which you may be asked to assist with in some capacity, for example Marketing, Finance or Operations and HR

A passion for travel and education (always good!)
A strong desire to want to help people by providing accurate information, quickly
Prompt and effective communicator via email, telephone and in-person
Able to maintain oversight of 100s of participants
Data management or previous use of a CRM system
