Opportunity to get involved in the comms team for ICOPA- the international conference on penal abolition- sounds boring right but ACTUALLY in June this year it’s hitting London and we are rebranding it as more of a festival with workshops, art, talks, and a gig on the Saturday night. Its going to be a grassroots hub for activists to collaborate on questioning, resisting, dismantling and building alternative to the cjs- it’ll be super fun as opposed to boring and academic, and we’ve got some sick groups involved already.
