Energizer is seeking a customer orientated Account Analyst to manage and maintain excellent client relationships. Position Summary:
To contribute to the team's achievement of the objectives set for Customer Supply Chain. Actively demonstrate our corporate vision of outstanding customer service to all stakeholders through effective Master Data/ Deflator/ EDI management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure Master data and systems (i.e. SAP, EDI), are set up first time right to enable our vision of delivering outstanding customer service to external and internal customers, by enabling Order to Bill and Bill to Cash process to work smoothly end to end.
- Accurate and timely management of Product, Customer and Pricing Master Data, setting up of hierarchies etc.
- Setting up of pricing and regular review of pricing validity as well as approval by relevant stakeholders
- Regular reporting on queries that are pricing related and root cause analysis of underlying issues as well as recommendation for corrective actions
- To identify any changes in processes required (linked to Price Approval Forms, EANs use, related systems etc.)
- EDI set up, testing and monitoring - Vendor/Customer, product, Invoicing…
- Deflator Management: setup, maintenance and blocking of deflator agreements in e-Condition based on condition sheets from sales
- Managing Deflator approval for UK even when e-condition is not used and working closely with AR for the deductions settlement of deflators from customers payment deductions
- When relevant issue of credit notes and adjustment of accruals
- Execution of critical SOX control processes: monthly SOX controls for customer and pricing master data; and month-end closing control of orders, deliveries & invoices.
- be data, systems and reporting 'super user' within the team who understands data structures and functionality and works with wider European user and IT community on enhancing these
- Always drive consistency and best practice solutions
- Support CSC Manager by identifying and leading activities for business or system improvement opportunities
- Analysis and reporting
- Be fully confident with the day-to-day work of the Department and able to support systems related projects (including systems testing) and wider initiatives, etc.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Educated to a minimum of "A level" or equivalent to include English and Maths
- Strong experience in SAP, Excel , e-condition and proficient with Microsoft Office tools
