VIE – INDUSTRIAL BUYER (H/F)

Job description
Mission and Responsabilities:
We are actively looking for a VIE – Industrial Buyer to support & maximize value on our Category Industrial
- Maintenance Repair & Operation.
- You will lead Industrial tenders at a European Level under the guidance of the Category manager. You will be preparing the RFQ documents and will be responsible for launching the tender, reviewing proposal, analyzing risk, and negotiating contract, will set up bid walks when necessary.
- You will insure the comparison of the offers through a TCO analysis while maintaining compliance with COTY best practices and policies and procedures
- You will Interact with key stakeholders to translate their needs into specifications
- You will be responsible of sourcing suppliers and engage discussion, getting the right documentation (NDA, RFI datas, Financials). Your major responsibilities include following a disciplined approach to the Strategic sourcing methodology and conduct evaluation and selection of suppliers through supply market analysis, identification of supplier capabilities
- You will prepare and realize negotiations with regard to procurement conditions and contract creation
- You will animate the execution of the different Industrials Category strategies across Europe and implement regional sourcing standards, methods and tools
The COTY ideal fit:
- You have a master degree (business school or university), and have a 6 months
- 1 years experience within an procurement team. The knowledge of Industrials field would be highly appreciated.
- You're an analytic thinker, and have initiative and negotiation skills. You're also able to develop a long-term vision.
- You have the Ambition to grow within a multinational company
- You have Good and proven Soft skills.
- You are able to work in multi functional teams
