Basic Salary £14,000 rising to £14,500 after 6 months service with OTE potential of £18,000 - £21,000 plus excellent company benefits.

Due to our continued growth, we’re looking for highly motivated Call Centre Advisors to join our Altrincham Contact Centre.

We’re offering competitive salary and excellent commission structures (basic salary of £14k rising to £14.5k after 6 months tenure, with great commission potential). Our top performing Call Centre Advisors earn up to £800 in bonuses per month. You’ll also benefit from 28 days paid holiday, incentives, company sponsored healthcare, discounts and free parking. Our Altrincham contact centre is home to more than 250 employees working on a variety of campaigns for many leading brands, including O2, AXA and Vodafone. The site has fantastic public transport links with surrounding areas and is easily accessible from the M56, M60 and M6.

About You…

Our Call Centre Advisors are at the forefront of our business. They are the experts when it comes to delivering the best customer experience, and are committed to exceeding client targets.

As an ambitious and highly motivated Call Centre Advisor, you’ll already have 3-12 months Sales or Customer Service experience and be ready to take the next step on your career path. A clear and confident communicator, you’ll also have a friendly and professional telephone manner, with good negotiation skills to match.

We’ll make sure you get all the help and support you need to get you started, including a complete training induction into the world of sales, and what is means to work as a Call Centre Advisor on behalf of one of our clients. We also have a variety of in-house training and development courses to help you along your way.
