Overview:
The IT Application Analyst will be responsible for the daily administration of the global PTC Windchill (Product Lifecycle Management System) services on multiple server clusters. Flex time allows for a personalized approach to execute configuration changes, customization changes and Windchill upgrades. A continuous improvement culture is sustained by following and recommending system layout best practices for the global Windchill environment. Help foster a team environment through knowledge sharing and troubleshooting with other departments. Work with vendors and developers to assist in providing solutions for our customers.
Core Responsibilities:
• Maintain Windchill production, integration, and multiple development and test environments
• Execute system backup and restoration
• Level 3 system support
• Pre upgrade system testing
• Maintain system documentation
Additional Responsibilities:
• Execute upgrades to Continental Windchill System
• Implement system layout
• Follow and document system administration best practices
• Level 2 user support
Desired profile
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications:
• Work experience in automotive, engineering, mechanical CAD or IT
• Proficient oral and written skills in English
Preferred Qualifications:
• 3+ years of work experience in IT
• 1+ years mechanical CAD IT support
