Job Description

Zur Unterstützung für den Bereich Labor Relations suchen wir am Standort Schwalbach (bei Frankfurt am Main) ab Oktober 2015 einen Werkstudenten (m/w).

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:

·  Unterstützung des Teams der Rechtsabteilung im Tagesgeschäft

·  Bearbeitung interner Anfragen

·  Selbstständige Organisation eines reibungslosen Ablaufs in der Abteilung

·  Vorbereitung von Präsentationen

·  Organisation und Koordination von Terminen, Meetings und Dienstreisen (inkl. Abrechnung)

Job Requirements

·  Fortgeschrittenes Studium im Bereich der Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbare Studienrichtung

·  Erste praktische Erfahrungen

·  Sehr gute Kenntnisse in den MS Office-Programmen, insb. Powerpoint

·  Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

·  Freude an selbstständiger Arbeit

·  Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität

·  Überdurchschnittliche Team-, Organisations- & Kommunikationsfähigkeit
