The main task is to develop and introduce new products (tire) and technology into the market according to the requirement books and meet the end consumer expectation. Also to continously improve and ensure product performance of active running products in the market.

The project leader is responsible for the product from the project start up together with the other project team members until the introduction of the new product in the market. Product responsibility for running products; this means the continuous observation of the produce­ability, the product performance and responding on occurring problems. Worldwide networking between central R&D and Marketing in Asia­Pasific and all involved international markets would require good skills in working in an international environment.

Give technical advise and guidance other projects through project review or 1­to­1 coaching method.­

Desired profile

Job Requirements

Experienced Project Leader of major Tire Development or Tire Technology Projects
­More than 5 years in Tire Development field
­Mechanical Engineer or comparable scientific education
­Excellent team player with self driven work approach
­Fluent in English, open to communicate, ability to work in multicultural teams
