As a Team assistant, you will be involved in general secretarial and team-assistance activities. Your main responsibilities will be to:
• Organize meetings, make travel arrangements;
• Handle and arrange all protocol activities;
• Maintain an efficient relationship with collaborators such as office supply service providers, couriers etc;
• Write, register and fill company documents (HC report, Training report);
• Organizes the integration of new employees (company rules, access authorization).

Desired profile
Job Requirements
• University studies (Economics/Foreign Languages) - graduated /on going;
• Good knowledge of MS Office (World, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
• Communicative, team-spirit, flexible;
• Very organized person;
• Good command of English is mandatory.
