Main Responsibility
Supplier component introduction process and release
Ensures early involvement from SQM and suppliers, guarantee the Maturity Evaluation availability.
Ensures the Supplier Component Review execution and on time Sourcing Decision.
Ensures quality status feedback to Project Team and guarantee in time release of new components
Guarantee hand¬over from SQM CI to SQM SP
Components development and release
Maintain a Supplier Quality Management System
Assure measurements and activities to ensure the requested quality of the supplied parts and services
Quality targets and to optimize the efficiency of the purchasing, quality and logistic processes

Bacherlo degree, engineering
­ Quality tool and application for quality problem solving
­ Experience for supplier management
­ Possitive attitude for quality problem solving
­ Good communication skill
­ Experience for Automotive business
­Knowledege in stamping manufacturing process
Basic quality tool and methodology (APQP, SPC, PPAP, MSA, 6­Sigma, 8D, Ishikaya, basic quality tool and so on...)
