Maintain Supplier Quality Management System, by leading supplier APQP during the component introduction and Ramp Up phase for new launches. Lead SQM Series Production Activities to ensure quality of purchased parts.
"• Plan Incoming Inspection parts and criteria, check incoming lots, start 8D process in case of an incident.
• Creates ITP for all components for his commodity.
• Support Incoming Inspection personnel

• Lead SCR ­ Supplier Component Review with preselected suppliers and CA Team members
• Track and Evaluate Feasibility Commitment
• Prepare Quality inputs for sourcing
• Perform Supplier APQP
• Perform Run@Rate at Supplier
• Perform Supplier PPAP via Supply On tool
• Defines execution and content of SLC ­ Safe Launch Concept
• Manage Component Change Request via PCN Tool

• Tracks and ControlDefined SLC, also drive corrective actions during SLC process
• Lead component related sorting campaigns (caused by suppliers)
• Part of core team on complex issues analysis
• Support and Leads Supplier VDA 6.3 Audits"
• Request 8D report from the supplier for each incident (Incoming, Process, Customer/Field)
• Install and track the relevant containment actions
• Validate the content and distribute the 8D reportValidate the content and distribute the 8D report
• Distribute an Early Warning or initiate the relevant Red Alert when needed
• Inform SQM Manager/ Customer Service Manager / Head of Quality on relevant Supplier Incidents"
• Initiate further escalation methods: CSL, Red Alert, Regular meetings with the supplier
• Control the Efficiency of Actions
• Initiate change of Supplier status (NBH) or initiate pashe­out if necesary
• Select Supploiers for Supplier Improvement Programs
• Drive Program at Suppliers / Escalete if needed"

• Control PCN Process
• Support ECR & PTN Process
• Perform Supplier process / component approvals
• Identify where Deviation approval is needed
• Contorl if deviation Approval is Closed in due time
• Escalate if needed"

• Visit suppliers periodically for:
• APQP / PPAP Review
• Perform Run @ Rate
• Supplier Improvement Programs, Escalation Meetings, Incident follow up
• Corrective Actions validations."
