Job Description

·  Processing of international / national customer inquiries including quoting and pricing

·  Introduction of feasibility studies for the purpose of calculation

·  Preparation of offers and offer follow­up (CBD + tool tracking sheets if necessary)

·  Tool orders (release order tool on the intranet)

·  Preproduction planning

·  Writing of launch, phase­out and change notes

·  Initiation of drawing modification work

·  Initiate Calculation of samples and tools

·  Maintaining customer data bases / material master files (eg part numbers, prices)

·  Creating purchase requisitions and framework agreements

·  Creating orders of all types in SAP (delivery plans, prototypes, initial samples, pre­production, without charge orders, tool orders, individual orders)

·  Monitoring of dates (sample follow­up: prototypes, initial samples and pre­production)

·  Maintaining customer­relevant data in appropriate customer portals (eg Daimler / Ford = Covisint, VAG = LION; BMW = B2B)

·  Coordination production start­ups and relocation

·  Participation in the annual planning (budgeting)

·  Preparation of price negotiations

·  Clarification of price differences and unpaid invoices

·  Write invoices for tooling, prototypes to customer

Desired profile

Job Requirements

·  University Degree in Economical field

·  MS Office knowledge

·  SAP knowledge

·  English knowledge is mandatory (spoken and written)

·  German knowledge is considered a plus
