Job Description

Als Sachbearbeiter (m/w) im HR Fachservice erwarten Sie folgende Aufgaben:

·  Betreuung und Beratung der Zeitbeauftragten und Führungskräfte in Fragen zur Zeitwirtschaft, Arbeitszeitpläne und Mehrarbeit

·  Schulung von Zeitbeauftragten

·  Eigenständige Bearbeitung des Zeugnisprozesses und Erstellung von Arbeitszeugnissen bei Aus­- und Übertritten

·  Administrative Unterstützung der Personalreferenten bei personalrelevanten Prozessen

·  Schnittstelle zur Abrechnungsstelle und Vorbereitung von abrechnungsrelevanten Dokumenten

·  Abwicklung des Einkaufsprozesses für den Bereich HR Schwalbach

·  Erstellung und Verwaltung von Firmenausweisen am Standort Schwalbach, Vergabe und Anlage von Zugangsberechtigungen, Verwaltung von Zugangskarten

Job Requirements

·  Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung

·  Erste Erfahrung im Bereich HR

·  Kenntnisse der gesetzlichen und tariflichen Regularien im HR-Bereich

·  Sicherer Umgang mit den MS Office-Programmen

·  Gute Kenntnisse in SAP/R3

·  Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

·  Offene und kommunikative Persönlichkeit sowie Teamfähigkeit

·  Eigenständige Arbeitsweise und Dienstleistungsorientierung

·  Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
