Job Description

1. Implement sales strategies to support and grow the sales of company in defined region, to achieve sales target.
2. Ensure good relationships with customers, and support the company towards sustained profitable growth.
3. Develop new biz in defined region according to biz development plan.
4. Ensure the company's annual operating priorities, sales revenue and profitability goals for Belt/Water pump/Tensioner products.
5. Support marketing activities such like market research, customer input, and competitive analysis to define future product needs.
6. Implement execution plans and define programs which support business development and increase market share within target market.
7. Support the business on marketing and branding needs in defined region for Belt/Water pump/Tensioner products.

Desired profile

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree, major in Engineering or marketing
2. Understanding of aftermarket industries and management of distribution channels
3. Strong knowledge of pricing, margins, discounts and overhead/cost structures
4. Fully developed negotiation skills
5. 3 years or above experience in the automotive aftermarket sales function
6. Professional use of MS Office
7. Willingness to travel, also overseas
