Job Responsibilities:
The role primarily focuses on the recruiting topics for Shanghai Hub and Chongqing Hub.
1. Develop and create talent pools in region to locate top talents for current and future needs
2. Provide mentorship, guidance and career development to members of the recruiting teams in Shanghai and Chongqing
3. Establish and maintain relationships with management and key internal stakeholders
4. Apply knowledge of talent pool and analyze data from various metrics to develop strategy to acquire the most suitable candidates and generate countrywide recruiting report
5. Deliver full lifecycle recruiting service for open positions
6. Foster a collaborative team environment that ensures delivery of efficient, effective, quality driven service to all stakeholders
7. Participate in regional/country/global recruiting projects on behalf of China

Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree and above, previous experiences in MNCs is a must
2. 8+ years of experiences focusing on talent acquisition role
3. 3+ years of leadership experience guiding recruiting teams
4. Fluent in English and Mandarin
5. Crossfunction communication experiences, especially with the management
6. Able to contribute to business units with solid insights into talent market, strong business acumen
7. Selfmotivated, well organized and able to work under pressure
8. Strong problemsolving skills and excellent interpersonal skills
9. Team player, and able to provide strategic guidance for other team
