APQP and PPAP process
• Coordination with the PMS AIS / planning the creation (local) of Initial sample reports (PPAP's)
• Coordination of the initial sampling dates and data's between customers and production plants to support the PMS and on local level
• Local coordination of the initial samples, PPAP parts as well as the customer contact for the PPAP process
• Be the interface between the German and the US team
• Capacity analysis according Germany ContiTech standards
• Be the voice of the customer in the APQP process
Inspection and test planning
• Responsibe for the release of measurement equipment, gauges, fixtures and tools
• Creation / maintenance of inspection and test plans and documents
• Coordination of the release of purchased parts (Vendor and ICO parts) with the PMS
• Review of accompanying project documents
• Preparation of preproduction control plan and production schedule
• Creation of series control plan and related inspection instructions
• Planning, together with Application Engineering the annual requalification test
• Identification / evaluation of qualityrelated customer requirements
• Coordinate the activities for global projects between Germany and the US plants
Feasibility studies
• Check the drawings for compliance with internal policies and all quality relevant subjects / characteristics (e.g. Special
Characteristics, tolerances, during serial testing)
• Documenting deviations or conditions in coordination with Application Engineering
Series Production Process Approval
• Participate in internal process series
• Participate in customerprocess series
• Support the coordination / scheduling of customer series process between Customers and production plant
• ErrorProofing testing of PokaYoke measures
• Check the product and / or processspecific documents correctness / completeness
• Initiating together with Process Engineering and supporting the needed process capability studies
FMEA
• Deep knowledge in the PLATO SCIISO FMEA software, ContiTech Template
• Participation in FMEA (design and process)
• Carry out risk analyzes (RPZ) analysis
Complaint Management
• Processing of preseries complaints (8D / Six Panel)
• Coordination of complaints between PMS plants at global projects
• Monitoring the execution of corrective action
• Transfer of causes / actions from complaints to the pFMEA and dFMEA
• Processing of preseries complaints (8D)
