Product Industrialization Engineer - Tire Construction

Summary
In this role, you will be provide support within the PI Construction Group to achieve factory goals for safety, waste and production.

Core Responsibilities

• Ensure timeliness and adherence to product design, release and performance requirements of Corporate Development and factory for assigned product lines and processes.
• Industrialize new and existing products, processes and materials into production which are optimized for process capabilities, cost, minimize rework and comply with the established Release Notice Procedure, Cured Tire Dimensions, and QMD Standards.
• Implement corrective actions required to maintain tire QM wheel, field performance and adjustments levels which exceed or meet the established corporate goals.
• Provide weekly/monthly status reports and business plans for assigned projects and product lines.
• Initiate and support PIP programs for quality, material, construction and corporate areas.
Maintain adherence to company policies.
• Identify and lead the Production Groups and QM in the industrialization of products and processes for assigned responsibilities.
• Maintain a close and positive working relation with Corporate areas and other plants staff to obtain goals and objectives.
• Hands on daily manufacturing troubleshooting and support to meet all factory cured and green waste goals.

Job Requirements

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or related field required
• 0-1 years in project management with new product implementation to production
Strong MS Office Skills
