You are skilled at coordinating, you communicate in a results-oriented fashion and you use your technical knowledge in a creative way. You will apply all of this when you industrialize our products for tire manufacture and work on improving or even developing the necessary industrialization relevant processes involved. Your focus on customers, quality and costs also ensures that our company remains the technological leader in the industry.

·  You will develop, plan and acquire prototype tires in cooperation with our manufacturing plants

·  You will initiate the optimization of the plant units so that the improved products can be manufactured in our plants

·  You will coordinate production procedures for new and transferred products in close cooperation with R&D, the plant and the logistics department

·  As project leader or team member in product, technology and process development, you will ensure successful industrialization from day one

·  Thanks to good networking, you can guarantee that measures for improvement and cost reductions for products and production processes are implemented while working with your colleagues in Quality, Production and Product Industrialization in the plant

·  You will represent the plant when it comes to its needs and requirements in R&D by maintaining constructive communication with the applicable development departments

Desired profile

Job Requirements

·  You have an academic degree in engineering, industrial engineering, physics or chemistry

·  You are able to quickly analyze and find creative solutions

·  You work customer- and results-oriented and think strategically

·  You work well with different cultures

·  You can speak English fluently

·  You are willing to travel internationally
