Job Description

Für den Strategischen Einkauf (mit Schwerpunkt Elastomer Teile) suchen wir ab Februar 2016 für ca. 20 Wochen eine Praktikantin bzw. einen Praktikanten

Zu den Aufgaben gehören:

·  Unterstützung bei weltweiten Anfragen für die Commodity Elastomer Teile

·  Auswertung von Daten anhand mehrerer Tools: Modias (Modulares Informations- und Analysesystem für den weltweiten Einkauf), Supplier Panel Tool, Sourcing List und anschließende Berichterstattung (Reporting) basierend auf Tabellenkalkulation (MS Excel)

·  Vorbereitung von (Datensuche und visuelle Aufbereitung) und Teilnahme an Meetings (Preisverhandlung)

·  Vorbereitung der Informationsbasis für Jahrespreisanfragen, Messen und Geschäftsreisen

·  Unterstützung bei der Ermittlung von Lieferanteninformationen aus dem Bereich Risk Management (Supplier Solvency Indicator)

·  Unterstützung bei der jährlichen Lieferbewertung und Erstellung von Aktionsplänen für Lieferanten

Job Requirements

·  Student (m/w) im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, BWL, Elektrotechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung

·  Sicherer Umgang mit den MS Office-Programmen

·  Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

·  Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität, Kreativität, Team-, Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
