Job Description

Wir suchen ab sofort eine Praktikantin oder einen Praktikanten für einen Zeitraum von mindestens 6 Monaten zur Unterstützung unseres Teams im Bereich Key Account Management - Aufbau eines innovativen Reporting-Konzepts.

Zur Ihren Aufgaben gehören:

·  Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung und Gestaltung eines neuen Lernkonzeptes unter Einbeziehung innovativer Trainingskonzepte (eLearning, Virtual Classroom, Community of Practice,..)

·  Unterstützung beim Aufbau und Umsetzung einer Social Media Plattform zur Wissensvermittlung via Community of Practice

·  Unterstützung bei der didaktischen Aufbereitung von Schulungsunterlagen

·  Unterstützung bei der Konzeption und Aufbau eines Systems zur Qualitätssicherung der Trainings

Job Requirements

·  Student (m/w) im Bereich eines kaufmännischen oder informationstechnischen Studiengangs, z.B. Wirtschaftsinformatik, Kommunikationswissenschaften, Medienwirtschaft, Wirtschaftspädagogik, Digital Media o.ä.

·  Verfügbarer Zeitraum von 6 Monaten für das Praktikum

·  Sicherer Umgang mit den MS Office-Programmen

·  Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

·  Hohes Interesse an Möglichkeiten des Einsatzes von innovativen Lernmöglichkeiten (Web2.0, Social Media und Digitale Medien), Erfahrung in diesen Bereichen wünschenswert

·  Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Spaß am kreativen Arbeiten und Ausprobieren

·  Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, teamorientiertes Arbeiten

·  Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
