Job Description

·  Responsible for the succesful implementation of MES camLine system on the production lines.

·  Project Manager for camLine implementation: time line, costs, quality

·  Reports to his superior about the actual status and about the future tasks of the projects, and he informs the functional departments about the needed contribution from their side.

·  Setup local MES team for implementation and operation of MES

·  Responsible to define the needed local resources for the MES implementation and further required improvements, and organize to get available these resources ­ IT System Administrator, camLine MES Support, other local functions

·  Responsible to present the project status to the project team and management regularly

·  Collect local requirements and transfering to CC MES

·  Coordinating locally Tests and Updates of the MES System

·  Contact for Launch Management (for CC MES, IE, …)

·  Responsible to define the internal project activities as a project plan, including responsibilities and deadlines based on the master project plan, keep it always updated, control the milestones and deadlines

·  In case of delays, responsible to start the escalation procedure and implement a corrective action plan

·  Responsible for keeping the approved financial frame of the project. Escalate deviations to upper management.

·  Ensure that the financial project status is updated in the SAP GPA tool.

·  Responsible to prepare the cost overview based on the estimations from assigned experts

·  Support creation of Traceability Concepts together with IE for each production line

·  Supporting IE in creating correct Workflows

·  Responsible for keeping the procedures of Automotive Industry Standards, Continental quality manual and process descriptions

·  Responsible for the fulfillment of central directives / standards.

·  Securing the improvement of Know­How for the location (User + Administrators).

·  Appropriating consulting and training for all departments of the plant which are in contact with MES (e.g. Test engineering , Process engineering, Production, etc..)

Desired profile

Job Requirements

·  University degree in engineering;

·  3+ years working experience with MES;

·  Project management skills;

·  Advanced English skills;

·  German skills represent an advantage;
