Continental Business System (CBS) is the Lean program to enhance the overall performance in our organization. In its role as one of the major driver of our corporate culture development CBS furthermore ensures Continental’s viability, customer satisfaction, maximum process efficiency, and the mutual inspirational trust among our employees.
Your mission:
Act as a Business Partner to support our Continental Organization (Divisions / Business Units (BU) / Cross Functions (CF) and Locations) in implementing CBS to train its employees in CBS principles, standards, methods, tools, etc. Build up a sustainable CBS knowledge in these organizations and support its multiplication by extending the training partner network and the associated CBS training facilities.
These will be your future tasks:
Support implementation:
· Active support by the implementation of CBS within BU/CF
· Support the annual strategy deployment process
· Support the CBS coaches by challenging / critical CBS projects or workshops
Training:
· Propose targets and priorities for training needs in alignment with the needs which the BU/CF have identified to close their competency gaps
· Support the delivery of the required training for the BU/CF
· Guide adaptation of training structure based on the available concepts
· Promote the “Train the Trainer” approach within the organization
· Establish and maintain network to all internal / external training facilities
Coaching:
· Provide coaching and assistance to the BU/CF management team, BU/CF CBS Coaches and other CBS BU/CF Teams
· Develop and maintain an effective two way communication and relationship with key players within the BU/CF
· Convince the CBS BU/CF teams to step in and keep going on the CBS journey
· Identify and support lean talents and develop them as trainers

Desired profile
Job Requirements
· Degree in engineering or equivalent
· Several years of professional experience in development, especially Software Development
· Several years of lean experience in realizing improvement projects (Process Mapping & Design, A3 Thinking)
· Several years of experience in the execution of trainings, coachings and leading people
· Experience in working with international teams and good understanding of foreign cultures
· Business fluent German and English language skills (spoken and in writing)
· Excellent intercultural and communication skills
· High customer and quality orientation
· Willingness to travel internationally (50-60%)
