Continental Automotive IT acts as a professional partner for the Divisions by providing our IT expertise and consulting capabilities. Collaborating closely with internal business partners is one of our missions to keep contributing significantly to the enabling of Continental’s continuous success with our IT solutions in the future.

To prepare Continental Automotive sales processes for the upcoming challenges the sales and key account management organization has started a “Sales Excellence Program 2020”. One initiative is to implement a CRM solution for all 14 business units belonging to the three Automotive Divisions of Continental. In this environment, we are building up an agile team responsible for the future CRM solution based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Sales.

Your main tasks are:

·  work together on the “MS Dynamics 365 for Sales implementation project” with an internal and external team in all project phases starting from concept development to GoLive

·  support the CRM system including interfaces and further development during the subsequent operational services:
- provide user support
- analyze and correct bugs
- contribute to continuous service improvements
- handling of new business requirements & development of creative solution proposals
- manage / monitor interfaces to connected systems (e.g. SAP ERP, BI)
- support release management process

Job Requirements

·  university degree in computer science or equivalent

·  first professional experiences preferred

·  profound knowledge of relevant development environment C#, JavaScript, .NET

·  fluent in German and very good English language skills

·  analytical skills, structured way of working

Additional knowledge that would be beneficial for the job is as following:

·  technical knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 for Sales or on premise version

·  knowledge of SAP ERP and BI system
