We are looking for an intern in our training management area, starting as soon as possible for 3 until ideally 6 months.

You can apply your knowledge in our area and support improving the training quality by:

·  Collection of training feedback from participants

·  Evaluation of feedback and proposal of improvement measures for the trainings

·  Assessment of current evaluation processes

·  Research about state of the art in training evaluation and possible implementation in Tire Academy

·  Help with implementation of the improvement measures

Desired profile

Job Requirements

·  Student pursuing a degree in media, communication, business administration, economics or similar

·  Good experience in working with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

·  Very good English language skills

·  Creativity, high motivation and organizational skills

·  Flexibility
