For the TMOD department (Talent Management and Organizational Development) in Business Unit Replacement EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) Passenger and Light Truck Tires (PLT) we are looking for an intern (m/f) effective from September 2017 for 6 months - preferably a compulsory internship.
The following tasks are waiting for you:
· Involvement in an international training project
· Support implementation of talent management initiatives
· Preparation and follow-up of Talent Management Conferences
· Preparation and conduction of trainings & workshops
· Support in daily operation & various tasks
Desired profile
Job Requirements
· Student (m/f) in Economics, Business Administration, Psychology or Humanities with a focus on human resources
· First practical experience in TMOD desirable
· Very good MS-Office Skills, especially Powerpoint & Excel
· Business fluent in English (written & spoken), basic German knowledge
· Strong communication, initiative, eagerness to grow & develop, goal oriented, analytical, flexible and creative
