Moderator for process FMEA (machining, galvanic, assembly) for products portfolio made in CASS Zvolen.
FMEA moderator is responsible for management, actualization of P­FMEA files and their archiving on FMEA share points; application of Master P­FMEA files for production processes of plant; and internal training for basics of process FMEA.
FMEA moderator cooperates with CIE department during the creation of Master P­FMEA for new products. He organizes the activities connected to reverse P­FMEA (planning and realization) and manages the workshops. He creates analysis for customer and system auditing needs and analysis for needs of measure definition in the continuing improvement of processes.
