Main Tasks 主要职责
- Coordinate ESH controlling and management work and report to ESH manager, and Assist ESH manager to push every activity to get the ESH object and target跟踪公司ESH的控制及管理工作，向ESH经理报告；配合ESH经理推动各项活动,以完成ESH管理目标；
- Be responsible for plant fire protection management and emergency response management, .and work as interface FM global to communicate fire protection standard. 负责公司消防安全和紧急应变管理，负责与FM global沟通并符合其相关的消防标准；
- Be responsible for plant security management, including security technology system, guards management, security procedure set up, visitor and cars management,etc.负责公司安保管理，包括安保系统，安保人员的管理，安保制度的建立和维护，访客及车辆的管理；
- Implement energy reduction management system；维护和推进公司能源统计管理；
- Responsible for waste management；负责公司废弃物管理；
- Responsible to set up 3rd party safety management procedure and deliver the training，including construction work，long term service contractors；负责在公司的第三方人员安全管理制度的建立及培训，包括施工项目，长期承包商等；
- Contact with related departments from government and apply for related confirmation, including environment impact assessment, safety assessment, etc;与政府各相关管理部门联系，申请公司相关项目审批,包括环评、安评等；
- Contact with related departments in company to optimize the ESH work.
与公司内部各部门联系优化ESH工作;

- Bechor above with major in engineering.
本科以上学历，理工科专业；

Professional Experience & skills 工作经验及技能
- At least 3 years above working experience in ESH, well understanding in safety, environmental, engineering Hygiene laws and ESH system 至少三年以上ESH工作经验，了解政府有关安全，环保和工业卫生的法律法规和EHS系统。
- Skilled in fire protection management，familiar with FM global fire protection standard，and skilled in plant emergency response management.
对工厂消防安全管理具有丰富的经验和专业知识，了解FM消防相关要求；熟练掌握工厂应急管理要求；
-Have profound knowledge and experience in large plant security management；
-对大型工厂安保管理具有丰富的经验和专业知识；
-Skilled in waste management；
-熟悉工厂废弃物管理；
--Skilled in energy consumption management；
-熟悉工厂能源管理；
- Skilled in environment protection management.
熟悉工厂环境保护管理。
- Familiar with ISO14001 and OHSAS18000 ; Own the ISO14001 and OHSAS18000 internal auditor certification 熟悉ISO14001及OHSAS18000环境健康安全知识理解；

- Good English skill available 良好的英语沟通能力
- Good communication capability, leadership skill 善于人际沟通，有管理团队的能力
- Computer operation skill. 良好的计算机操作
