A talented EDS Design Engineer required to work for Continental Automotive UK on projects based with OEMs in the Midlands and Cheshire.
LV EDS responsibilities
•Responsible for gathering EDS requirements for the build
•Collecting electrical components data (DT's)
•Designing circuits and preparing circuit drawings (Vesys 2.0)
•Designing wire harnesses and preparing harness drawings (Vesys 2.0)
•Preparing rework/upgrade instructions
•Ordering build specific EDS components
•Supporting customer team during harness manufacturing/build

•Must have experience of working with harness design.
•Must have a electrical engineering degree or equivalent.
•Ability to work on there own and within a team to deliver projects in a timely manor.
•Very good understanding of principles of electricity
•Skilled in MS Office and Vesys 2.0 (or similar)
•Spatial Awareness
