Digital Strategy:
Define Create and Implement digital strategy for the APAC region in each market in liaison with Head of Marketing and Marketing responsible in each region;
Leverage and partner with any existing social media / platforms as a part of the brands efforts to position and connect the brand with the targeted consumer;
Contribute with Digital Programs for Product launches, Auto/Tire Exhibitions Digital activity for Retail activation or Drive Traffic into the Store or Support to;
Establish a framework/dashboard for measurement and optimization of mobile digital campaigns and media;
Adopt a rapid test learn model of content and technology development that can be deployed across the defined markets;
Integrate social and digital programs where feasible back into APAC Websites established in each of the defined regions
Internet and Intranet Websites in alignment with Corporate guidelines;
Understand the maturity level of social and digital technologies and act as the subject matter expert to provide advise and ideas across multiple activities within the defined regions;
Understand market trends , competitive environment , technology , product evolution and eco system development;
Spearhead the social and digital solutions to maximize brand touch points and connections with the consumer;
Advise and Consult to BU management team and regional heads regarding digital platforms and opportunities to improve touch points with consumers in defined markets. Also advise on future direction and functions of the digital landscape.

Desired profile

Job Requirements

1. University degree in business , marekting , computer science with working experiences in digital medium eg agency or lead in B2B environment
2. 3-5 years with Focus on Digital social media , within and agnecy or multinational companies. Affinity with the digital landscape and eco sytems within the defined markets and Interest for new trends within this area
3. Sense in project management
4. Open and clear Communication, deliver passion and commitment to Steer the team members
5. Fluent English and Chinese (written and spoken), other Asian language will be a plus. International working experience benefit
