“ContiKits” are compressor sealant kits with which vehicle mobility can be restored after a flat tire. They are developed and sold worldwide in the Extended Mobility Systems business segment. In this regard we are looking for someone for:

·  Development and industrialization of innovative and competitive ContiKit products

·  Planning and management of development projects

·  Development and maintenance of technical specifications and product specific documents

·  Implementation of the product release process

·  Implementation of design FMEAs and support of process FMEAs

·  Ensuring the cooperation with external partners during the product development and serial production.

·  Technical coordination with suppliers and supplier support.

·  Industrialization of new products at suppliers.

·  Analysis and comparison of competitor products

Desired profile

Job Requirements

·  University degree in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, physics or similar qualification

·  Several years of professional experience - preferably in the automotive industry

·  Experience in project management and in an international environment

·  Programming skills preferable in LabVIEW, Diadem and Matlab/Simulink

·  Knowledge in the area of fluid engineering, plastic injection molding design, small electric motors and Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC)

·  Analytical cognitive abilities and systematic method of working

·  Willingness to act and to take over responsibility

·  Very good command of spoken and written English, good German language skills preferable

·  Good communication skills, teamwork, flexibility and willingness to travel worldwide (ca. 20%)
