Major tasks: Support the Corporate Security processes and methods.
This includes the representation of all Corporate Security topics within the Asia / Pacific organizations as well as in other global regions upon request of Corporate Security.
General topics:
- Ensure that a regional security strategy is in place and aligned with the Corporate Security strategy
- Ensure a reasonable degree of security awareness and consciousness throughout the appointed region.
- Support with developing, adapting, implementing and controlling of Corporate Security standards
- Conducting Security audits
- Carrying out Corporate Security investigations
- Supporting Continental sites on security solutions and processes, especially on Business Continuity Management, Supply Chain Security and Information Security
- Cooperation with all corporate and regional functions
- Represent Corporate Security headquarters with all security related topics with focus on Asia / Pacific
Asia / Pacific related topics:
- Supporting sites and employees with all security related topics
- Coordination of Asia /Pacific wide projects and programs like Interflex (Access control system), and Trainings or implementation of the Crisis Management process
- Moderation of conference calls of all Asia / Pacific sites in order to align on security situations, status of projects and similar security topics
- Single point of contact for all Asia / Pacific sites / employees in matters relevant to security
- Networking, esp. with authorities, NGOs and security organizations
- Identify, analyze and evaluate regional risks and challenges in terms of security situation, security related legal aspects, developments and further topics that can have an impact on the situation / stability of the specific countries / regions
Desired profile
Job Requirements
Skills:
- Academic studies in at least one of the fields of
- Security
- Politics
- Economics
- or similar
- Minimum of 3 5 years experience in the field of security, ideally in security authorities (military, police or intelligence; federal or state level) and/or Corporate Security.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Fluent language skills in English;
German and / or a further language(s) are beneficial
- Personal characteristics should include a very good sense for intercultural cooperation, good communication skills, including writing and presentation skills, especially related to the Asia – Pacific region.
